Cebulka is a Polish forum about IT security on the Tor network^[1] , which was established in 2013 after the collapse of the Polish Board & Market^[2].

In 2016, the project was renewed, GPG key authentication and Escrow system were introduced. Adhered to the recommendations of Torepublic administrators by blocking the function of private plaintext messages .
